Rory Scovel is married to his long-time girlfriend, Jordan Boughrum. The duo tied their knot in September 2013 in a private ceremony. His wife Jordan is an actress known for her role as Pam in 2016 TV series, Those Who Can’t. She has also appeared in TV series like Ground Floor and Please Understand Me.

The standup comedian shared a series of photos with Jordan on his one-year anniversary via Instagram on 21 September 2014. Rory also captioned the image, One year ago today I married this little lady.

Rory and his wife, Jordan joined the world premiere of the American comedy film, I Feel Pretty on 17 April 2018. The couple arrived at the red carpet in Westwood Village Theater in California. They stood in front of the red carpet and halted for some ardent shots. Rory wore a classic black suit and a navy blue T-shirt which matched his attire whereas his wife donned a casual elegant black waist dress.

The couple, who are together since 2005, first started dating in February 2005. Since then, they are maintaining a good bond with each other. Rory resides in Los Angeles, Southern California with his wife, Jordan.

Rory Scovel Career

Scovel first performed at open mic nights in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Soon after, Scovel moved to and started his career in Washington D.C., where he performed for three years. He then moved to New York City, where he performed for three years until he moved to Los Angeles where he now lives.

In 2006, Scovel participated in the Seattle International Comedy Competition where he made it to the finals.

In 2011, Scovel performed on Conan with comedian Jon Dore using the premise that the show accidentally booked two comedians. Scovel also released his first stand-up album with Stand Up! Records called Dilation. Scovel and the record were named by The Huffington Post as one of fourteen in their “Guide To New Comedy Albums of 2011”.

In 2012, Scovel was named in the 10 Comics to Watch by Variety magazine.

Scovel has opened for comedians such as Louis C.K., Nick Swardson, and Daniel Tosh. He has also performed at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival, the FYF Fest with many other famous Los Angeles comedians, the Vancouver Comedy Festival, the Del Close Improv Marathon, the Bumbershoot Festival, and the Chicago Improv Festival.

In 2013, Scovel performed a show at Third Man Records, Jack White’s record label. The show was recorded to tape and transferred to vinyl. There is no digital version of this recording.

Scovel has appeared on several popular podcasts, including Comedy Bang!
