Spencer Pratt Biography
Spencer Pratt born Spencer William Pratt is an American television personality. In 2007, he began dating Heidi Montag, a primary cast member of the reality television series The Hills.
Subsequently, he came to prominence after being cast in the series. Their relationship ultimately ended Montag’s friendship with fellow cast member Lauren Conrad.
The ensuing feud among the three became the central focus of the series and was carried through each subsequent season. The couple, collectively nicknamed “Speidi”, married in April 2009.
Later that year, they made controversial appearances on the second season of the American version of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
In 2013, he and Montag competed as a single entity on the eleventh series of the British version of Celebrity Big Brother and returned to compete as a single entity on the nineteenth series in 2017.
Pratt formerly appeared on Wife Swap and The Spyson Hour, a weekly segment on the reality TV podcast Rob Has a Podcast.

At the height of their fame as stars of MTV’s “The Hills,” around 2008, Spencer Pratt and his now-wife Heidi Montag were worth millions. Pratt, the de facto villain of the show, reportedly earned up to $175,000 per episode, he once wrote on Twitter.
Along with paid appearances and photo shoots, he and Heidi brought in up to $2 million per year, People reports. But the fame didn’t last, and neither did the money.
MTV canceled “The Hills” after six seasons and the couple’s relevance sharply declined. Despite the loss of their six-figure paychecks, though, the Pratts didn’t slow down their spending, and they blew through their entire $10 million net worth.
“It’s really easy to spend millions of dollars if you’re not careful and you think it’s easy to keep making millions of dollars,” Pratt tells Money in a recent profile. “The money was just coming so fast and so easy that my ego led me to believe that, ‘Oh, this is my life forever.’”
Their extensive list of luxuries included $30,000 shopping sprees, $4,000 bottles of wine, $15,000-a-night bodyguards and a crystal collection worth approximately $1 million.
“We were keeping up with the Joneses, but we were going against Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes,” Pratt told People in 2016. “We should have stayed in our reality TV lane.”
The Pratts were soon broke and forced to move to Carpinteria, California, where they could live rent-free in a house owned by Spencer’s parents. Heidi took control of the budget and began eliminating expenses.
“I love to spend money, and she loves to not spend money,” Pratt tells Money. “If we had her as the accountant back in the day, we would have $20 million in the bank account right now.”
Pratt is making a financial comeback. He commands a loyal and substantial following on Snapchat, where he meticulously documents his days and promotes products.
He has also turned his hobby of collecting gems into a full-fledged business via an online crystal store. He says he packs, addresses and emails every order that comes through the shop himself.
And business is booming: He tells Money that he sells between 200 and 300 crystals per week, and each goes for $120 to $300 a pop. He also has plans to hawk other tie-ins to his daily life, including branded t-shirts, bottles of wine, coffee and hummingbird feeders.
The Pratts aren’t the only celebrities to breeze through millions. Nicolas Cage squandered his $150 million fortune on a string of expensive and often eccentric purchases.
Eventually, he faced foreclosure on several properties and owed the IRS $6.3 million in property taxes. Cage’s purchases included 15 residences, including a $25 million waterfront home in Newport Beach, California, a $3 million island in the Bahamas, two European castles (one worth $10 million and one worth $2.3 million), a burial tomb, pygmy heads, and multiple pet octopuses.
Johnny Depp is also known for his over-the-top lifestyle, the details of which came to light during an on-going legal battle between Depp and his management company, The Management Group (TMG).
After the actor accused TMG of mismanaging his finances, the group filed a countersuit claiming that Depp had dug himself into a financial hole.
According to the lawsuit, his monthly expenses include $30,000 on wine, $300,000 on staff and $200,000 for a private jet.

Spencer Pratt Crystals
On Using Crystals to Manifest All Your Dreams — Or, If You’re Spencer Pratt, The Hills Reboot
If you love The Hills, you might want to take a moment out of your day to honor Spencer Pratt’s crystal collection. The obsidian, quartz, and tourmaline enthusiast — who even has his own line of crystals — recently announced that his magical stones are to thank for the upcoming reboot of MTV’s early-aughts show.
If you’re like us — close enough followers of Spencer’s various obsessions to not be that surprised by this statement but also not as up-to-date on crystal therapy — you’re probably wondering how exactly that could happen (or at least how he could think that).
Chatting with Us Weekly at a crystal-themed (surprise!) event in Los Angeles, Pratt said: “I will give a lot of credit to crystals for the reboot of The Hills.
I held a lot of crystals with a lot of positive intentions for eight years.” Wait, how long? “The only thing [is] crystals aren’t immediate, you know? It took eight years.”
Rose quartz is the crystal of the heart and that stone, and clear quartz (which supposedly helps you manifest anything), is usually the first stop many newbies take when entering the crystal realm.
Remember that Spencer Pratt found his love Heidi Montag while filming the reality show and crystal collecting is a passion they now share, so this stone has apparently kept much love in his life already.
Upon further investigation, while all types of crystals are commonly used in home decor and beauty treatments, if you’re trying to get the full benefits out of a crystal, you need to actually meditate on, visualize, and verbalize your desires while holding quartz crystals (vs. using it as a coaster).
We’re considering that fact to be an explanation of why we don’t yet have a million dollars’ worth of crystals and a reality show.
Spencer added, “I’m very thankful and it’s a major blessing. It’s literally manifesting dreams ‘cause I never wanted The Hills to end, I’ll tell you that much.” Same, Spencer, same.
But, listen: Even if the stones weren’t the catalyst behind the reboot of our dreams, they are to thank for the Pratt Daddy crystals founder keeping his chill.
He mentally infuses the crystals with his positive intentions, so having them around must have a therapeutic effect. And they’re pretty! So, rock on, Spencer. Quite literally.

Spencer Pratt Drugs
Their storyline on The Hills might be a little dry, but the real background of reality star Spencer Pratt and his sister Stephanie is way juicy.
Today, our brother site Gawker reports that Spencer may have hired a “tutor” to write his college essays while he smoked dope and popped Xanax.
Now Star is reporting that Stephanie — the “She-Pratt” we were introduced to on last night’s episode — has a criminal background. (That’s her mugshot there on the left.)
It seems that in May 2006, Stephanie — then 20 — was arrested in Hawaii with a friend, who happens to be the daughter of a production exec of the ABC series Lost.
The girls had shoplifted more than $1,300 worth of clothing from Neiman Marcus. They were charged with second-degree theft and taken to police headquarters, where they both said they were on prescription medication.
After searching the girls’ bags, the cops found some really fun stuff. Drugs! Apparently really bad ones in Stephanie’s bag, too. She was charged with “promoting a dangerous drug” in the third degree, and “promoting a harmful drug” in the third and fourth degree.
We looked into what these terms mean in Hawaii. “Dangerous drugs” are classified as those that can cause the most bodily damage to a person and include “such drugs as morphine and heroin.” Furthermore:
a person commits the offense of promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree if the person ‘knowingly’ possesses any dangerous drug in any amount. The offense is a class C felony.
And according to Hawaiian law, “harmful” drugs “include marijuana concentrates, but not marijuana.” So basically that means hash.
Stephanie’s friend — who received one drug-related charge — started mouthing off to the cops saying that she’d “be out of this mess and then fly to Paris.”
She then said, “If I leave the state, then f—k you guys and your charges! You can’t do anything to me once I’m not here!”

Spencer Pratt Explains Why He and Heidi Montag Missed ‘Hills’ Cast Dinner Amid Stephanie Pratt Feud
And the rest is still unwritten! Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were noticeably absent from a recent dinner with their Hills costars — but they had a good reason.
Spencer Pratt and Stephanie Pratt’s Sibling Drama Timeline
“Actually we went to @TheLionKing [on Broadway] with @gunnerpratt,” Pratt, 35, tweeted Opens a New Window. on Friday, June 14, referencing the couple’s 20-month-old son, Gunner. “Tickets booked way before any ‘cast’ dinner.”
Some fans speculated that the crystals enthusiast and Montag, 32, skipped the cast outing to avoid his sister, Stephanie Pratt, with whom the pair have been feuding for months.
The Hills costars Audrina Patridge, Stephanie, Jason Wahler and wife Ashley Wahler, Frankie Delgado and wife Jennifer Delgado and New Beginnings newcomers Mischa Barton and Brandon Thomas Lee had dinner at a New York City restaurant on Monday, June 10, before heading over to The Ainsworth sports bar to watch Game 5 of the 2019 NBA Finals together.
“It’s go time @thehills! We’re all in NYC! Yewwww! (We’re missing a few),” Jason, 32, wrote on Instagram Opens a New Window.
Stephanie, 33, confirmed in April that she and Spencer had a falling out, which she blamed on his wife. “No one knows the real Heidi,” the Made in Chelsea alum said on her “Pratt Cast” podcast before calling the couple “the most toxic people I’ve ever met” and accusing the “Blackout” singer of being a “gold digger.”
Later that day, Montag called the drama “very challenging and heartbreaking” on her and Spencer’s “Make Speidi Famous Again” podcast. “I feel like there were some very below-the-belt, nasty comments that weren’t even true,” she told listeners, to which her husband chimed in, “If you think you’re gonna walk on my sweet little angel, Heidi, you have something coming your way.”
The feud continued later that month when Spencer said he had been “living with this evil around me for a long time,” to which Stephanie shot back, “Well you are married to the devil.”

Everything We Know About ‘New Beginnings’
The sibling beef has since simmered down a bit (at least publicly), although the Celebrity Big Brother U.K. alum told Us Weekly exclusively earlier this month that he and Stephanie get into the biggest arguments on the upcoming Hills revival.
Spencer and Montag have been married since November 2008 and welcomed Gunner in October 2017.

The Hills New Beginnings: Spencer Pratt says ‘no one was safe’
The Hills: New Beginnings premieres on MTV at 2 pm tomorrow, but beef is already flying, with Spencer Pratt admitting “no one was safe.”
New Beginnings is a reboot of MTV reality series The Hills, which ran from 2006 to 2010.
The original series followed the drama-fuelled life of privileged Laguna Beach resident Lauren Conrad, as she moved to Los Angeles and got started in the fashion industry. The reboot picks up nine years later, checking back in with an assortment of former cast members – many of who now have children.
The New Beginnings cast includes original stars Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Stephanie Pratt, Justin “Bobby” Brescia, Frankie Delgado, Whitney Port and Jason Wahler, plus newbies Brandon Lee (son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee), Ashley Wahler, Kaitlynn Carter, Jennifer Delgado and Mischa Barton.
Both Montag and Pratt have hinted at upcoming drama, with Pratt telling E! News no one was safe from his wrath.
When asked who was on his hit list, Pratt replied, “Everyone.”
That “everyone” includes new cast member and replacement for Lauren Conrad, actress Mischa Barton.
Montag has admitted Barton’s “reserved” personality “was a little frustrating” at first.
“We’ve put our whole lives into this show – before and after – so to have someone come in and, like, be so reserved was a little bit frustrating.
She told Us Weekly she didn’t “think it was intentional”, instead of saying “she’s just a little more closed and needed a little more time to open [up].”
The show’s original theme song (Unwritten by Natasha Beddingfield) won’t be returning in its old form, either.
Beddingfield has re-recorded and remixed her number one hit to give the show yet another fresh take, while still nodding to the past.
The remix accompanies a fresh opening sequence featuring the current cast.
While Lauren Conrad hasn’t spoken publicly about the reboot, Port told Entertainment Tonight she “talked to someone that knows her [Conrad],” and thinks “she was still really excited for us all to do it.”
Port added that she “is at such a different place in her life.”
Both Patridge and Jenner confessed they hadn’t seen Conrad in “years.”
Heidi Montag Tells Spencer Pratt She Thinks They Should ‘Start Trying for Another Baby’
Talk about new beginnings! A year and a half after welcoming her first child with husband Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag is ready for the couple’s second child.
“I was thinking we should start trying for another baby,” Montag, 32, says in a Speidi-centric promo for The Hills: New Beginnings, MTV’s revival of its 2000s-era reality show The Hills.
Pratt’s reaction? “Whoa!”
Having apparently recovered from his shock, the 35-year-old raved about his wife of 10 years on Monday, June 24, as he posted the promo to Instagram Opens a New Window. . “Baby we a power couple, was made for each other,” he wrote in his caption. “They be trying to hate on us but they that know they love us, me and you together baby we compliment each other.”
As viewers saw in The Hills season 4, Montag and Pratt eloped to Mexico in November 2008 before exchanging vows in a wedding ceremony five months later. “It is a privilege to be married to Spencer Pratt,” Heidi says in the New Beginnings promo.
The couple’s son, Gunner Stone, entered their lives in October 2017, and as Montag posted the same promo to Instagram Opens a New Window. , she noted that the new show, which debuts on Monday, June 24, marks the 20-month-old’s reality TV debut.
“When we started filming [The Hills: New Beginnings], Heidi was a very, very intense-attachment parent,” Pratt exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month. “I’m sure some would say extreme, but to me, it was just being a super mom.”
He continued: “She had not left Gunner even for five seconds for, like, almost a year to that point. That was a major adjustment and process for her. To be honest, if it [weren’t] for The Hills, I don’t know if she would have ever left Gunner’s side.”
The Hills: New Beginnings — also starring Audrina Patridge, Justin “Bobby” Brescia Opens a New Window. , Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, Stephanie Pratt, Whitney Port, Mischa Barton and Brandon Thomas Lee — premieres on MTV Monday, June 24, at 10 p.m. ET.

Brody Jenner & Spencer Pratt Spar on The Hills: New Beginnings: ‘Why Don’t We Just Be Enemies’
Just hours before The Hills: New Beginning premieres on Monday night, MTV shared a sneak peak at the first three minutes of the drama-packed series
The Hills is coming back, but it looks like not every relationship has survived the past decade.
MTV shared the first three minutes of Monday night’s premiere, giving fans their first taste of all the drama to come.
In one part of the explosive clip, Spencer Pratt and Brody Jenner exchange heated words about their friendship.
“I am not trying to have a fake relationship,” says Spencer, 35, who adds in a voice-over, “Why don’t we just be enemies.”
“If Spencer has a f— problem, he can say something to me,” Brody, 35, tells a friend before a separate clip shows Pratt getting in Jenner’s face in public.
Of course, that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to drama.
The clip also touches on Audrina Patridge’s emotional divorce from Corey Bohan as well as the feud between Spencer and his sister Stephanie Pratt.
“You’re not my family, you’re the most self-centered human ever,” Spencer tells his sister in one testy moment.
In addition to all the familiar faces, The Hills: New Beginnings will also star actress Misha Barton as well as Brandon Lee, who is the son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.
“When you’re famous, people have a price tag on your head,” says The O.C. alum, 33. “A lot of people that I trusted turned out to be monsters.
Ahead of the premiere, the cast of the show opened up to PEOPLE about what it was like to pick up where the show left off a decade earlier.
“We’re all older for sure now,” said Jenner, admitting that while the show “ definitely has a different feel” than the drama-heavy original iteration, the cast members still have their differences.
“There was a lot of drama for sure. Right out of the gate, people were coming for each other’s throats!” he added. “The show started off pretty fiery for sure.”
Spencer said while in the past, some of the storylines were heavily produced, things are different this time around.
“Last time we’d shoot maybe twice a week and we’d get texted what to say,” he said. “This time, producers were like, ‘We follow the truth!’ We shot seven days a week for three months.”
Spencer Pratt Calls Sister Stephanie ‘Fake as Hell’ as The Hills Returns
Spencer Pratt shared memes about his sister while live-tweeting The Hills: New Beginnings
The premiere of The Hills: New Beginnings wasn’t exactly a new beginning for Spencer Pratt and his sister Stephanie.
While live-tweeting the show on Monday night, Spencer — who has long had a strained relationship with his sibling — shared memes poking fun at Stephanie, at one point calling her “fake as hell.”
Spencer, 35, first shared a photo of Hills costar Audrina Patridge looking annoyed, captioning it, “Me trying to get along with Stephanie.”
The next meme showed the reality star downing a drink as the caption read, “Stephanie: says literally anything.”
“Stephanie and her accent have a lot in common… they’re both fake as hell,” read a third tweet, while a fourth said, “Can’t wait to reconnect, Stephanie — just make sure you stay 20 feet away at all time.”
In April, Stephanie, 33, revealed on her iHeartRadio Pratt Cast podcast that she is “not on speaking terms” with her brother and his wife Heidi Pratt, who is also starring on the Hills reboot. In a later episode, she also accused Spencer of setting off her depression, saying, “Most of the really bad times where I end up in a hospital is something triggered by Spencer.”
“We are not on good terms,” she said. “We are not on speaking terms. I do not consider them my family.”
“No one knows the real Heidi,” she claimed. “Before The Hills: New Beginnings, my mom, my brother and I all sat down and we said we will not let this ruin our family again. I’m done. I don’t care. I’m not protecting them anymore.”
She continued, “I’m also not going to pretend that Spencer and Heidi are good people like I was doing for most of the series for my parents. … For the s— they have done to me recently, I’m done. This is why I moved to London. I cannot live near them, They are the most toxic people I’ve ever met. They are Bonnie and Clyde ’til they die so if they say this sky is black, all of us are morons for saying it’s blue.”
“I’m confident and secure enough in myself to not pussyfoot around them,” she added. “I’m done. I’m going to expose them for who they are.”
On Twitter Monday night, Spencer poked fun at the situation, writing: “Not going to comment on my relationship with Stephanie because she could be on a podcast right now.”
Following Stephanie’s comments, Heidi said on her own podcast, Make Speidi Famous Again, that she found her sister-in-law’s comments “heartbreaking.”
“I had a lot of on-Hills drama with a family member and that was very challenging and heartbreaking,” she said without mentioning Stephanie by name. “I felt like there were some very below-the-belt, nasty comments that weren’t even true.”
“You do need to have boundaries,” she continued. “Family, not family, friends… There’s no way I’m not standing up for myself and my family.”
Spencer echoed his wife’s sentiments, saying on the podcast, “Heidi’s not playing.”
“If you think you’re going to walk on my sweet little angel, you have something coming your way,” he added.
The Hills: New Beginnings airs Mondays (10 p.m. ET) on MTV.
Audrina Patridge’s Ex Slams Spencer Pratt After He Jokes Justin Bobby Is Their Daughter’s Real Father
Spencer Pratt has said many controversial things, but this might be the most “vile” thus far—at least according to one person.
In a recent Q&A with Cosmopolitan magazine, The Hills star shared that he isn’t convinced Corey Bohan is actually the father of Audrina Patridge’s daughter, Kirra Max, especially after seeing the two interact on the show. He joked, “I wanna know who’s baby that is. How do we know it’s not Justin’s Baby? Let’s get a DNA testing kit for the reunion.”
Now, it’s very likely the comment was made in jest, but it’s definitely ruffled Bohan’s feathers. In a new Instagram post to his private account, Corey slams Pratt for making “vile and disgusting” statements about his family in order to keep his “name in the headlines.”
“You can say whatever filth you want about YOUR family, cast-mates or even myself but I draw the line when it comes to MY daughter,” he emotionally captions a photo of his middle finger. “Kirra is an innocent three year old child.”
Bohan continues, “I would hope that since you’re now a father yourself you’d have more tact and understanding, but I can’t say that I’m surprised. The things you say publicly will be accessible to my daughter forever and I will continue to do everything in my power to not expose her to such nonsense. Keep her out of your attempts to stay relevant ya f–k.”
The 37-year-old, who previously filed a court order to prevent Kirra’s appearance on The Hills, adds that he thinks it is “shameful” that Audrina did not “put an end to this immediately.”
Bohan previously stated in court documents, “I do not believe it is in Kirra’s best interests to appear on reality TV as the effects of being in the public spotlight could be extremely damaging to such a young child.” However, he later consented to the 3-year-old’s participation in the reality TV show, according to The Blast.
It’s been nearly two years since Patridge filed for divorce from the professional BMX driver, who she previously had a restraining order against.
‘The Hills’ Sneak Peek: Stephanie and Spencer Pratt Get Into a Screaming Match in Public
Who’s really at fault here? Depends on who you ask! Stephanie and Spencer Pratt’s fight continues on the Monday, July 1, episode of The Hills: New Beginnings, when Spencer and Heidi Pratt attend Steph’s welcome home party.
“I can’t believe you came,” Stephanie, 33, tells her brother while wearing a fake smile. Spencer, 35, responds with a similarly fake grin, adding: “Of course I come, it’s your welcome home party.”
While the two begin to, once again, discuss their broken relationship, Heidi, 32, tells the group how sad it is that they can’t all be close like they used to be. “We would love to have a normal relationship with her. We try really hard,” she shares to Whitney Port. “It’s hard to have a conversation with someone who continually wants a problem with you.”
Whitney, 34, stays out of it, but does admit in her confessional that she’s even confused about this, because she even has a past with Stephanie and Spencer.
“I’ve been witnessing the drama between Stephanie and Spencer for a really long time. I went to high school with them,” she shares. “I don’t know what came first: the chicken or the egg. I don’t know whose fault any of this is – whether Spencer did something to Stephanie or vice versa. It’s all very confusing for me because it’s just been happening for so long.”
Meanwhile, Spencer and Stephanie have everyone’s attention as they continue to yell at each other. While Stephanie explains she’s angry she found out Heidi was pregnant via the news, Spencer claims that she’s actually upset because the news broke on her birthday.
“You created the position in our lives that you wanted to be in, which is not close to us,” the former Celebrity Big Brother U.K. star says in his confessional. “So, to talk s—t from another country about how you found out, is still on you. You could have been here to support, like, ‘I’m gonna be that aunt! Do you guys need help?’”
The clip ends with Spencer telling his sister she’s “the most self-centered person ever.”
The Hills: New Beginnings airs on MTV Mondays at 10 p.m. ET.

The Hills: New Beginnings Star Spencer Pratt Blames Brody Jenner’s Wife Kaitlynn Carter For Brody’s Rift With Kim Kardashian
Are you watching The Hills: New Beginnings? I can’t seem to help myself. Seeing completely changed familiar faces is oddly comforting in a way. Back in the old days, Brody Jenner and Spencer Pratt were buds. They did the LA club scene and while Spencer began his slow descent into madness, the CDC developed its own file on Brody. Spencer eventually settled down with Heidi Montag and Brody began dating his first ex-wife Kaitlynn Carter.
It is safe to say that Spencer does not enjoy the company of many people. That includes Mrs. Brody Jenner. Spencer feels Kaitlynn takes advantage of Brody and uses his famous name to her benefit. He also thinks Kaitlynn is the main reason Brody had a falling-out with his step-sister, Kim Kardashian. Now that The Hills is back, you can guarantee Spencer will be giving his opinion on literally everything. Including his thoughts on Brody’s wife.
In 2014, Kimmy was planning a wedding. Her journey to the altar was heavily featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Kanye West and Kim had decided on a destination venue for their nuptials. Because of the strict guest list, many people did not receive a plus one on their invites. While most had no complaints about this issue, Brody’s then-new girlfriend felt slighted.
Us Weekly Spencer’s thoughts. on the Jenners. He said, “When Brody first started dating Kaitlynn, I was friends with him, and he was telling me that he was just starting filming for the Kardashians. I was telling him he needed to get all over that show. This was it: He was back in the game.”
Spencer recalled, “Kim tagged him in a couple of posts and he jumped from 100,000 followers to about three million real quick. And then he’s like, ‘Can you believe this? Kim and Kanye invited me to their wedding, but they didn’t give me a plus-one. And I want to bring Kaitlynn!’”
For her part, Kim addressed this on an episode of KUWTK. At the time she said, “I don’t know why Brody is still talking about this. We were very strict about our wedding. There were less than 200 people there. Kim also pointed out that sister Khloe Kardashian did not receive a plus-one either. “Everyone else respected that – it’s not a big deal. We love our stepbrothers. It just seems like they are always talking about this divide.”
Spencer continued, “He’d only been dating Kaitlynn for a year. Brody dates lots of girls for a year.” After that dig, Spence said Kaitlynn had a major meltdown and Brody dodged the wedding altogether.
Spencer recalled, “Kaitlynn made such a big deal about it that Brody didn’t go to the wedding and publicly made statements about how they didn’t give him a plus one. Kaitlynn for sure though if they played hard to get, Kim would give in. But no one’s entitled to a plus-one!” Why does Spencer even care? Oh, because this is what he does.
Spence also thinks Kaitlynn is riding on Brody’s coattails. Like Spencer wouldn’t know anything about that… “I’m not going to say she’s [Kaitlynn’s] a clout chaser, but she had 95 followers before she started dating Brody. Then she became an ‘influencer.’ And she made it a point to never invite me, an actual influencer, to her parties.” Hang on a sec. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Yes, you read that correctly. Spencer just revealed he identifies as an “actual influencer”! He really is a goldmine of crazy. That said, how bad can Kaitlynn be if Spencer has to reach back into 2014 to put her attitude on blast?
Spencer’s robot Heidi weighed in on Kaitlynn as well, “She just thinks she’s better than me and everybody else. She thinks she’s like this influencer in Brody’s life — which means nothing,” she said. “She has her own agenda. I’m not the only one who thinks that. Audrina [Patridge] thinks that.”
So now we know Spence has low key shafted Mischa Barton. Now he is going after Kaitlynn. Who will be next on Spencer’s list of people to shade? No one is safe, with the exception of Heidi. I can’t see him having the cojones to go after my boyfriend Justin Bobby Brescia or Brandon Lee. Since Spencer has a history of preying on the weakest link, perhaps he should stay away from a mirror.

Heidi Montag learns from past mistakes
Heidi Montag believes she has learned from her past mistakes and is a better person for those experiences.
The ‘Hills’ star – who first appeared on the original version of the reality show which ran for four years until 2010 – admitted she has grown a lot over the last decade, and she is glad to be back on the small screen with husband Spencer Pratt and their 20-month-old son Gunner.
She told ‘Extra’: “It’s really fun to have it be part of our family now because it was such a big part of our relationship … to incorporate our son, it’s different this time. It’s fun to learn from our mistakes and move forward in a more positive, responsible manner.”
Spencer previously praised ‘The Hills’ reboot – which premiered on June 24 – for allowing Heidi to set “boundaries” between herself and Gunner, as she learned how to gradually give the tot space.
Spencer recently said: “[It] was incredible for … being healthy parents, having boundaries. We started with … a 20-minute dinner with FaceTiming, checking in. It was a process.”
In October last year, Heidi posted an emotional video on her Instagram Story to celebrate Gunner’s first birthday, in which she said she was a “total mess” over the important milestone.
She said in the clip: “I decided not to wear makeup today because I’m a total mess. God, it’s so amazing. Gunner is just such a blessing and I can’t believe that it’s already been a year. Wow, what a day.
“It’s been the most amazing and most challenging year of my entire life. It’s just been so great, every moment. I can’t believe he’s already 1! … Bit emotional today, it’s a big day. And I’m just really thankful. I hope you guys are all having a great day. And I’m just going to sit here crying.”
‘The Hills’ Star Spencer Pratt Opens up About Heartbreaking Reason Wife Heidi Had 10 Surgeries in One Day
Heidi Montag made her reality television debut back in 2006 with the premiere of The Hills, which was right around the time that celebrity gossip blogs really picked up steam. With that came the comments section, which was often full of criticism.
In a column for Cosmopolitan recapping the most recent episode of The Hills: New Beginnings, Montag’s husband, Spencer Pratt, revealed that it was that criticism that led Montag to undergo numerous plastic surgery procedures.
“Heidi thought people would stop criticizing her if she got surgery. Everything she did came from people criticizing her in the comments on Us Weekly and People magazine,” Pratt revealed. “She brought printouts of what the trolls and haters said to the doctor and said, ‘Can we do something about this?’ Everyone’s insecure but it’s different when you’re young and on TV and everyone’s talking about you. And it’s upsetting that you can go to a doctor and say ‘Here’s what I hate about myself,’ and he’ll say ‘I can fix that. For free.'”
During the episode, Montag opened up about her plastic surgery journey, something Pratt was beside her for every step of the way. Montag first got a nose job and breast augmentation in 2007 before undergoing 10 procedures in one day, revealing the results in 2010 at age 23.
“I was there for every second, so I know all about that journey,” Pratt shared. “Let me just tell any ladies and gentlemen and gender non-conforming folks out there — just everyone: The phrase ‘minor surgical procedure’ does not exist. That’s the hard lesson we learned. There’s no such thing as one minor surgical procedure. And there’s certainly no such thing as 10 minor surgical procedures.”
Montag admitted in the recap that she was “way too young” to make the decision to undergo her procedures.
“I was way too young to make such a life-changing decision and was under so much pressure because it was the beginning of comment sections and negativity and hate on the internet,” she said. “I was just really self-involved at the time — like so many young people — but I was also on TV where every perceived flaw is amplified. I think I looked in the mirror a little too much. I wish I had waited and not made a decision so young because I have long-term health complications.”
The mom of one explained that for those who might be feeling the same way she once did, it’s important to find someone to talk to.
“Beauty is way more than skin deep,” she said. “I never thought that I would have any kind of confidence issues, because I was a very confident young woman growing up. But it can happen to anyone. And if you’re having those kinds of thoughts and issues, it’s important to seek advice from those you love and professionals who want to help. Figure out why you feel that way and what’s behind it.”
“Obviously, it’s your body and I’m not against plastic surgery, but everyone always shows you the before and after pics,” the reality star concluded. “They don’t show you how devastating the recovery is. I don’t regret a lot of my enhancement, but plastic surgery isn’t something that should be glorified. Take it seriously.”

Spencer Pratt Declares Himself ‘The New LC’ and Says He Hates Everyone on ‘The Hills: New Beginnings’
Spencer Pratt is spilling all the tea on The Hills: New Beginnings.
The 35-year-old reality star appeared on the LadyGang podcast on Tuesday — hosted by ET’s Keltie Knight as well as Becca Tobin and Jac Vanek — and in typical Spencer fashion, had no issue talking candidly about the MTV reboot and his real-life relationships with the cast. Spencer claims that the network isn’t showing the real drama of the cast — which includes his wife, Heidi, his sister, Stephanie, as well as Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Justin Bobby, Whitney Port, Mischa Barton, and Brandon Lee — because they want to make the cast likable.
“I’ll be honest and I’m going to get in trouble for this but … they’re toning it down because they want people to be likable, which I don’t want to watch anything likable,” Spencer claims with a laugh. “I personally think the network is protecting a lot of the cast.”
Spencer says he’s definitely not real-life friends with any of the cast.
“I have cast members texting me like, off the show, like, so affected by tweets and things I’m saying on podcasts, ‘Wah, wah, wah, wah,'” he says. “It’s because of Instagram. Instagram ruined … people are so used to controlling their narratives and the edit, and it’s like, ‘I’m not protecting any of you. I hate you all.’ Like, literally, ‘I hate you.'”
“These people are lunatics, they think they’re, like, so special and we should be filming them,” he continues. “The diva factor … it’s because people now have Instagram followings, so they think that means something. These real people, if we get more of them, we will have scary ratings.”
During the candid interview, Spencer also boldly calls himself the new Lauren Conrad — the original star of The Hills who declined to be in the reboot. Spencer likens his storyline with Brody this season — which revolves around him no longer getting along with his longtime friend after Brody married his wife, Kaitlynn Carter — to LC’s former issues with Heidi.
“I’m LC,” Spencer says. “I took over for LC. Anyone that looks at my storyline, I’m like, gonna be the new LC. You know, I’m like, ‘You’re not my friend anymore because of your new relationship, wah, wah, wah.'”
Spencer says he actually hadn’t been speaking to Brody since 2007 but isn’t able to talk about the real problems between them.
“There’s a lot more to this story and the angle that is logical for the television show,” he claims. “All the things that I really am saying of why we have a real problem, break the fourth wall. So, there’s the issue.”
Spencer says that out of the whole cast he hates Brody the most, but does have a love for 22-year-old Brandon. But he now claims that because of Brody, Brandon is no longer “allowed” to speak to him. Another cast member he says he likes is Audrina, and he later comments on his feud with Stephanie, which is covered in the show.
“The sister, I appreciate her energy, like, she has clout chaser DNA,” he jokes about Stephanie stirring up a lot of drama on the show, including with Audrina and Justin. “It’s in the blood.”
“Unless there’s a camera here, don’t call me,” he continues about where he stands with the cast. “If we’re not filming, you don’t exist to me, go away.”
Spencer does tease that viewers are going to learn a lot more of Brody and Kaitlynn’s relationship after the hosts note that Brody comes off bad during his arguments with Kaitlynn. Not surprisingly, Spencer makes it clear that he still dislikes Kaitlynn.
“Just tune in, because everything will be revealed,” he says. “Spoilers — we’re going to find out more about the relationship. I think it makes everyone more likable because you will understand … why Brody acts that way, why Kaitlynn … everyone knows, there’s a big …”
ET spoke to Spencer and Heidi at The Hills: New Beginning premiere last month, where they talked about celebrating the return of the show that made them famous over a decade ago.
“We waited a long time to be here and nobody can take away that positive energy,” Spencer said.
The couple also reflected on their most infamous TV moments during a sit-down with ET ahead of the reboot’s airing. Heidi shared that before The Hills’ 2010 finale, during which MTV unveiled some of the scripted nature of the series, she and Spencer weren’t “really allowed” to give too many behind-the-scenes details.
“That was what was so hard, is we were put in this position where we would go on a show and then immediately be attacked,” she said.
